About Super Springs
Super Springs is a spring and hardware manufacturer based in Gurgaon, India. We have been in operation since 1984 and are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We manufacture springs, wire forms, fasteners and hardware components for OEMs, brands and distributors across 14 countries.
We have two manufacturing units in India. Unit 1 is located at Plot 48, Sector 22, Shiv Colony, Faridabad, Haryana 121005. Unit 2 is located at Plot 7/2/1, Sector 35, Gurgaon, Haryana 122004. Both facilities are equipped with CNC spring forming machines and in-house quality control infrastructure.
We currently export to 14 countries including Germany, UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Malaysia, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Nepal and India. We have experience with export documentation, freight and customs requirements across all these markets.
Yes. Super Springs is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our certification covers our manufacturing processes, quality control systems and production infrastructure. We maintain strict quality controls with in-house toolroom and production facilities.

We manufacture compression springs, extension springs (tension springs), torsion springs, double torsion springs, trampoline springs, drawbar springs, octopus springs and long industrial springs up to 1 metre in length. All spring types are available in custom sizes and materials.
We manufacture springs in the following materials:
• Spring steel Grade SM/DM (medium carbon) — general industrial applications
• Spring steel Grade SH/DH (high carbon) — high load, agricultural and outdoor applications
• Stainless Steel SS304 — corrosive environments, outdoor use, food contact
• Stainless Steel SS316 — aggressive corrosive environments
• High carbon wire to EN 10270-1 (music wire) — precision electronics
• Oil tempered wire to EN 10270-2 — high fatigue applications
We offer zinc white plating, zinc black, nickel, powder coating, passivation (for stainless steel), shot peening and black oxide. For export to humid climates — Middle East, Southeast Asia, West Africa and Latin America — zinc white plating is the standard recommendation.
Technical & OEM Questions
Yes. We accept product drawings in any format — PDF, DXF, STEP or hand sketches with dimensions. We also accept physical samples, which our team will measure and replicate. If you have neither, describe your application and load requirements and we will propose a specification for your approval before manufacturing begins.
For compression and extension springs, provide: wire diameter (d), outer diameter (OD), free length (L), number of turns (N), end type, load at a specified deflection (or spring rate), material grade and surface finish. For torsion springs, additionally provide leg length 1 (L1), leg length 2 (L2), leg angle and torque at a specified angular deflection. If you cannot provide all parameters, a drawing or sample is sufficient to start.
Dimensional parameters tell a manufacturer what the spring looks like. Load and deflection tell the manufacturer how the spring must perform. A spring can match all dimensions perfectly but still fail in service if the spring rate is wrong. For compression and extension springs, specify the load in Newtons at a given deflection in mm — or the spring rate in N/mm. For torsion springs, specify the torque in N·mm at a given angular deflection in degrees.
Our wire diameter range varies by spring type. Compression and torsion springs: 0.3 mm to 7 mm. Extension springs: 0.3 mm to 6 mm. Drawbar springs: up to 12 mm wire diameter. Long springs (1 metre): 0.4 mm to 4.5 mm. Please contact us for specific wire diameter availability for your application.
Yes. Our fastener range is manufactured to DIN and ISO standards including DIN 94 (split pins), DIN 1481 / ISO 8752 (slotted dowel pins), DIN 471 (external circlips), DIN 472 (internal circlips) and DIN 6799 (E-clips). Our machine screws are manufactured to DIN 84, DIN 85 and DIN 7985 standards. Spring manufacturing follows EN 10270-1 and EN 10270-2 wire standards where specified.
Yes. Double torsion springs for agricultural cultivators, harrows and farm implements are one of our speciality products. We manufacture in spring steel grades SM/DM and SH/DH. Custom specifications are accepted — provide wire diameter, leg lengths, coil diameter, leg angle, number of turns and torque requirement, or share a drawing or sample.
MoQ, Pricing & Quality
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type and level of customisation. We are able to accommodate low MOQ orders including for prototype development and new product launches. Please contact us with your specific product requirement and we will confirm the minimum quantity applicable.
Yes. We offer prototype samples for both OEM and private label buyers. For OEM customers, we manufacture samples to your drawing or specification for your approval before committing to bulk production. For private label buyers, we develop packaging mock-ups and send physical product samples. Sampling lead times are typically 2–3 weeks from specification approval.
Standard lead times for bulk production are typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product type and quantity. Some standard catalogue products may be available faster. Export delivery time depends on the shipping mode — sea freight to Europe is approximately 18–25 days from dispatch, to the USA 20–28 days. Air freight samples arrive in 3–5 days.
Yes. Pricing is competitive for mid-to-large volume orders. We provide volume-based pricing on request. Please share your product specification and target quantity and our team will provide a detailed quotation. We do not publish standard price lists as most products are manufactured to specific customer requirements.
Private Label & Packaging
Yes. We supply products under private label for brands, distributors and retailers. This includes custom packaging with your brand name, logo and barcode, retail-ready formats, and marketing collateral support. Private label supply is available across our spring, spike, hook, fastener and hardware ranges.
We offer bulk industrial packaging, corrugated export boxes, polybag packaging, blister packaging, retail boxes and assorted kit packaging (for screw kits, fastener sets etc.). Packaging can be customised to your brand requirements including printed labels, barcodes and language variations for different markets.
Yes. We manufacture assorted hardware kits including screw kits, nail and washer kits, and mixed fastener sets. Standard kit examples include 333-piece assorted screw kits in 6 sizes. Custom kit configurations — combining products from any of our categories — are available on request. These are popular with retail hardware chains and home improvement distributors.
Bird Spikes & Pest Control
We manufacture three main bird deterrent systems: SS304 Stainless Steel Bird Spikes (spikes and base both in SS304), Polycarbonate Bird Spikes (SS304 spikes on a flexible polycarbonate base) and the PerchGuard Tension Wire System (spring-loaded wire deterrent for ledges and facades). We also manufacture Cat Spikes in UV-protected polypropylene.
SS bird spikes have both the spike needles and the base strip in SS304 stainless steel — maximum durability and corrosion resistance, suitable for industrial and commercial buildings. Polycarbonate bird spikes have SS304 spike needles but a flexible polycarbonate base — lighter, more discreet, and able to flex around curved or uneven surfaces. PC spikes are preferred for heritage buildings, glass facades and retail frontages where appearance matters.
Yes. We supply bird spike systems in bulk for large-scale commercial and construction projects. Both SS304 and polycarbonate systems are available in project quantities. Private label packaging is available for pest control distributors and contractors. Please contact us with your project area requirements and we will provide a suitable specification and quotation.

Yes. We are an export-focused manufacturer with experience supplying buyers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Americas. We handle export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin. We work with established freight forwarders for sea and air shipments to all our export markets.
